About me

My mission: To help young and emerging leaders foster creative mindfulness and meaningful development, so we can change the professional expectations of what makes a leader.

I earned my bachelor's degree in management as a 20-year-old in 2020. I graduated two years early, thanks to the Washington State Running Start Program enabling me to earn my associate's degree during high school and jumpstart my career.

Joining the workforce during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic not only gave me an appreciation for skilled management but also a deep respect for honest and mindful leaders. in one year, I was able to Promote from a front-line employee to an executive-level leader. In this new role, I was shown that not all leaders are built the same.

from there I decided to create the change I wanted to see.

now my goal is to help others like me, others who feel unsure, who want to create change and may not know where to start. We are the next generation of leaders, and we are that change.
